These one of a kind earrings are perfect for anyone who likes their jewellery to pack a proper punch!
Featuring the sweet hedgerow flower Herb Robert (a member of the geranium family) captured in Sterling silver clay and complimented by some grey-green kyanites. The intricate details of the leaf are picked up with a delicate dark grey patina that contrasts beautifully with the shine of the gemstones.
Beneath the main earring are draped strands of watermelon tourmaline beads.
These earrings have a rustic matte finish, with hammered details and gunmetal-grey patina. To preserve the patina please make sure to take them off before swimming and showering.
This piece is entirely hand formed, filed and polished from sheet, wire and stone with time and care in my home studio in West Cork, Ireland.
As these are a one of a kind and very labor intensive design, they are more expensive that my standard collection. With this in mind I am very happy to offer layaway and payment installments at your own pace. If you'd like to reserve these earrings and/or pay them off gradually please just get in touch at: RubyRobinBoutique@gmail.com and I would be happy to arrange it for you.
Materials: Fine Silver, Sterling Silver, silver plated brass wire (use for the beaded tassels only), green kyanite, watermelon tourmaline
Dimensions: 120mm long (these are long!)
Please note I only offer the more expensive registered post for my gemstone pieces.
